We want your shopping experience to be great from checkout to delivery. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders and handle returns.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email when your payment is accepted, and a shipping notification with tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

  • Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping — 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination:

  • Europe — 5–10 business days
  • North America — 7–14 business days
  • Asia-Pacific — 7–21 business days
  • Rest of World — 10–21 business days

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the courier's website to track your delivery in real time.

If you have not received a shipping notification within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Items that are used, damaged, or returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 2 business days
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a tracked service
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
